Good examples. Lack of whitespace drives me nuts! Along with overused flash.

If you keep your target user in mind, space things out, use design elements to enhance usability and make the page fast loading.....your off to a good start.

Remember the images should be 300 dpi or more, to create a greater expectation as they are slowly displayed. Your visitors will be happy to see such clear images on your site. Do not use jpg images, but bmp to make them look even more neatly.
